Proposal:
The toilets at the Biffin turn-off are in need of restoration.


Minutes of meeting 1 November 2005

1. It was suggested that because of it’s misuse as a “cottage” it be turned into a cottage to provide a rest home for Cheryl who has de facto already taken up residence;
2. This proposal would result in a saving to the local community in the long term;
3. It would relieve Straight Chris the compulsion of being a constant calumny to Cheryl, a task that he has taken far too seriously of late to the detriment of more pressing matters.
